Something powerful happens when women gather and have real conversations. I don’t mean surface-level small talk or pretending everything is fine.
We don’t need another place where we feel pressure to perform, achieve, “fix” ourselves, or hold everything together perfectly.
I’m talking about real conversations, honest reflections, laughter, vulnerability, creativity, breathing room.
That’s exactly why I’m so excited to finally introduce something that has been quietly growing in my heart for a while now:
Our very first journey together will be centered around The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown. If you’ve ever struggled with perfectionism, self-doubt, burnout, people-pleasing, feeling disconnected from yourself, or the exhausting pressure to “do it all,” this book has a way of gently holding up a mirror while also making you feel deeply understood.
“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.”
— Brené Brown
Why This Creative Reading Circle Is Different
This Circle is about so much more than reading a book.
This is a guided, creative, reflective experience designed to help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore these themes in a meaningful and supportive way.
Over the course of 7 weeks, we’ll come together on Zoom for conversations inspired by the book, while also weaving in mindful creativity, simple breathwork, gentle somatic tools, reflection prompts, and calming art exercises to help the ideas move from the mind into the body and heart.
We don’t just need more information, but space to actually feel, process, and reconnect.

Each gathering will include discussion, guided reflection, and simple creative practices inspired by the weekly themes. No artistic experience is needed whatsoever. Truly. This is not about performance or creating something perfect. It’s about expression, curiosity, mindfulness, and allowing yourself to show up exactly as you are.
Some of the most meaningful moments happen when we realize we are not the only ones feeling the way we do. There’s something incredibly comforting about hearing someone else say the thing you thought only lived inside your own head.
“Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be and embrace who you are.”
— Brené Brown
The Circle Will Include:
- One Welcome Call before we officially begin
- 7 weekly Zoom gatherings (60–90 minutes)
- Weekly reflection and preparation emails
- Guided discussions and supportive conversations
- Mindful creative exercises and prompts
- A warm, intimate group setting limited to 10 participants

I intentionally want to keep this small so it feels personal, supportive, and safe. A space where everyone has room to share (or just listen), reflect, connect, and simply breathe a little deeper.
So many women are craving a meaningful pause and a reminder that they are allowed to exist as human beings, not just as caretakers, workers, problem-solvers, or emotional support systems for everyone else around them.
This Circle is for women who are tired of carrying everything alone and are longing for meaningful conversation, reflection, creativity, and connection.
When Is This Happening?
This first Circle will start in July, and I’ll be opening a special Founding Member invitation for the women who join this very first experience together.
More details and registration information will be coming soon.
For now, if your heart quietly whispered “I need this” while reading this post, I’d love for you to stay close. This is going to be something really special, and I cannot wait to open the doors.
Sometimes transformation begins with sitting in a circle of honest humans, taking a deep breath, opening a meaningful book, and remembering you were never meant to carry everything alone.
